Responsibilities include obtaining and maintaining all necessary approvals, monitoring site progress, and coordinating with clients and vendors to facilitate smooth operations. The successful candidate will also manage project closure and post-handover coordination to ensure client satisfaction.

• Ensure all statutory approvals, permits, and project records are updated in R-Dash.
• Monitor site progress, safety compliance, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution.
• Manage project closure activities, including documentation and post-handover client coordination.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, procurement coordination, vendor management, and site supervision to ensure timely project delivery.
• Ensure all statutory approvals, permits, design documents, GFC drawings, and project records are obtained, maintained, and updated in R-Dash as per company requirements.
• Monitor site progress, material availability, workforce deployment, safety compliance, quality standards, and timely closure of snags throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, landlords, and internal teams for smooth execution, change management, billing, inspections, and project handover.
• Manage project closure activities, including documentation, final inspections, financial closure, handover, defect liability period (DLP) support, and post-handover client coordination.
