Job summary

Arul Group Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Interior Projects Lead to Plan and execute residential and commercial interior projects. You will coordinate with clients, designers, vendors and site teams to ensure work aligns with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.

The role requires monitoring schedules, budgets and material usage, managing site execution, installation and finishing works, and ensuring safety and timely handover. Travel to project sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in interior project execution.
• Experience in residential and commercial interior fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of modular furniture, false ceiling, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works.
• Excellent client handling and team management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willing to travel to project sites.
