Job summary

Hanu Reddy Realty is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to oversee construction, renovation, refurbishment, maintenance, and civil works across our diverse properties. You will manage projects from planning to completion while ensuring quality, timelines, and cost control.

The role requires strong hands-on site management, excellent coordination with contractors and consultants, and travel to project sites across Chennai and other branches in India as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in construction or project execution.
• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in construction and site management.
• Ability to read architectural/structural drawings.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of BOQs, estimation, materials and project execution.
• Experience managing contractors, vendors and site teams.
• Ability to read architectural/structural drawings.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office preferred.
• Willingness to travel as required.
