Qualifications

• Civil engineering degree required.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in construction project management.
• Experience delivering large industrial projects (e.g., data centers, factories).

Responsibilities

• Manage project execution within budget, timeline, and quality standards.
• Interface with client, local bodies, and community to ensure good relationships.
• Ensure adherence to HSE statutes and norms on site.
• Coordinate material procurement and machinery deployment.
• Ensure project quality per statutes and norms.
• Implement company policies and processes on site.
• Oversee vendor mobilisation and management for the project.
• Oversee labour mobilisation through contractors.
• Maintain records of delays and obtain time extensions when required.
• Handle payment certification and accounts receivable as per contract terms.

• Evaluate and develop vendors/sub-contractors.
• Proactively address client needs to maintain long-term interests of the organization.

Role Title: Project Manager

Reports to Role: Project Coordinator

ROLE PURPOSE

This incumbent is responsible for managing timely completion of project within approved budgets on cost, resources without compromising on Quality & Safety for all assigned projects. Responsible for the Project execution as per the budgeted revenue, profitability, and contract.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

• Project execution as per the stipulated norms of contract pertaining to cost, timeline & quality.
• Act as Interface between the client/ local bodies/ surrounding community and the company and thus to ensure good customer relationship.
• Responsible for adherence to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) statutes and norms.
• Ensure for facilitating material procurement schedule and machinery deployment
• Responsible for the quality of the project as per the statutes and norms.
• Ensure that policies and company way processes are implemented on project site.
• Responsible for Vendor mobilisation and management for the project.
• Responsible for Labour mobilisation through contractors.
• Responsible for maintaining records of delays and getting time extension from client if required
• Responsible for payment certification and accounts receivables from client side as per the terms of the contract.
• Responsible for team management.
• Responsible for Vendor (sub-contractor) evaluation and development
• Ensure Proactive approach towards client needs to maintain long term interest of the organization.
• Analysing and managing the project risk in discussion with project co-ordinator.

Requirement

Candidate with Civil Engineering degree, with minimum 15 years of relevant experience in construction project management, execution, and delivery of large size projects in Industrial Projects, Data Centers, Factory Building, etc.

• Extensive experiencing managing budgets for large construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment
• Strong leadership and management skills well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures
• Able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results. analytical mind and great organizational skills.
• Possesses Considerable knowledge & experience of the modern principles and practices of construction sector.
