Job summary

NV Infra in Chennai is seeking an experienced construction professional to lead project execution from planning through completion. You will coordinate with site engineers, contractors, consultants, and vendors; review drawings and BOQs; monitor progress, manage budgets, ensure safety and quality; and prepare progress reports for clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in construction/project execution roles.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and BOQs.
• Strong understanding of project management and site execution.
• Experience with MSP or Primavera preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and monitor project activities to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, consultants, and vendors for smooth execution.
• Review project drawings, BOQs, and specifications to ensure clarity before execution.

• Manage project budgets, material planning, and cost control measures.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

• Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders for updates, approvals, and reporting.
• Support procurement and contract management activities as required.

Key Requirements:

• Experienced in Project Planning Tools (MSP / Primavera Preferred)
• Good Analytical , Problem Solving and coordination skills
• Strong Communication Skills (Tamil Required ; English Mandatory , Hindi is a Plus)
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under deadlines.
• Willingness to travel across project sites in chennai or nearby locations.
