Job summary

Isha Homes is seeking a Project Manager Engineering to lead planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of construction projects. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute construction projects from initiation through completion and handover.
• Develop project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of key milestones.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal departments for smooth project execution.
• Monitor project costs, material requirements, manpower, productivity, and resource allocation.
• Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
• Identify project risks, delays, and technical issues and take timely corrective action.
• Manage contractors and subcontractors and monitor their performance against project requirements.
• Conduct regular site and project review meetings and provide progress updates to management.
• Ensure proper coordination between civil, MEP, procurement, planning, and other project functions.
• Monitor quality, safety, and statutory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and resolve site-level technical and execution issues in coordination with the concerned teams.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, schedules, and progress records.
• Drive timely completion, snag rectification, testing, commissioning, and project handover.
