Prospero Tech Services in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, seeks a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead end-to-end building projects on-site. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, clients, and site teams to ensure schedules, budgets, and quality targets are met.

The ideal candidate holds a BE in Civil/Structural/Mechanical Engineering with extensive PM experience, strong leadership and vendor management skills, and proficiency in MS Office and scheduling software.

Qualifications

• BE in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 56 years of relevant experience in construction or project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction planning, execution, and site coordination.
• Experience in project scheduling, budgeting, and vendor management.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and construction standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project scheduling software.
• Candidates who are responsible, committed, and willing to take ownership of project execution.
