Job summary

Swanag is seeking a Project Manager to lead civil construction projects in India. The role involves on-site coordination with PMC and client engineers, ensuring project plans, design accuracy, and quality standards are met. You will manage labour, monitor progress, and drive timely issue resolution.

The candidate should have 10 years of PM experience with exposure to industrial building construction and a Diploma/Bachelor in Civil Engineering.

• Driving adherence to the project plans, product design and quality norms
• Timely resolution of issues
• Labour management
• Implementation of all quality and safety initiatives.
• Familiar with QMS.
• Work experience outside India.
