• Must have a proven track record of independently delivering industrial civil construction projects.
• Experience in managing projects valued at 20 Crore or more from mobilization to handover.
• Strong leadership of site teams with effective resource management.

Responsibilities

• Lead industrial civil projects from mobilization to handover with focus on safety, quality, timely delivery and profitability.
• Coordinate with Clients, PMCs, and Head Office for seamless on-site execution.
• Drive safety and quality standards across all stages of the project.
