Job summary

DEV Associates, a turnkey interior design-build contracting firm, seeks a Project Manager to lead end-to-end interior fit-out projects across India. You will plan, procure, coordinate with clients and vendors, monitor timelines and budgets, and ensure quality and safety on site.

The role requires 4–8 years of Commercial Interior Fit-out experience, proficiency in MSP, AutoCAD, MS Office and MS Project, and a strong ability to report progress and manage cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in Commercial Interior Fit out.
• Post Graduate in Construction Management preferred.
• Graduate/Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred.
• Turnkey/fit-out industry experience is an added advantage.
• MS Excel, AutoCAD, MS Office, MSP proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and manage end-to-end interior projects.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, manpower and resources.
• Prepare and review DPR, WPR and MPR; provide regular progress reports to clients and PMC.
• Coordinate with architects, clients, PMC, vendors, supervisors and internal teams.
• Manage material planning, quantity verification, procurement requirements and follow-ups.
• Conduct site visits and monitor execution as per approved drawings, measurements, SOPs and project schedules.
• Ensure quality, safety, HSQE and compliance on site.
• Identify project risks, delays and site issues and ensure timely resolution and escalation.
• Conduct site measurements and coordinate with design teams for accurate drawings and execution.
• Handle multiple projects and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage project handover, completion certificates, snag closure and final documentation.
• Demonstrate reporting, communication, presentation, and team-management skills.
• Proficiency in MSP (Microsoft Project) is required.

Role Description:

The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end execution of interior design-build projects, including planning, procurement, site execution, coordination, quality, safety, and timely handover. The candidate should have strong project planning and coordination skills, be proficient in MSP (Microsoft Project), and be good at project reporting and documentation. The role involves coordinating with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams, monitoring project progress, identifying delays, and ensuring timely resolution of issues to meet project timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• 4 to 8 years of experience in Commercial Interior Fit out
• Post Graduate in Construction Management (preferred)
• Graduate/Diploma in Civil Engineering (preferred)
• Prior experience working in Turnkey/fit out industry would be an added advantage
