Job summary

Innovatione India is seeking a Project Lead/Project Manager to oversee commercial interior fit-out projects across client sites in India. You will manage mobilization, scheduling, procurement coordination, and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.

The role demands 3–10 years of experience, strong leadership, and ability to handle multiple stakeholders, with PM certification an added advantage. Focus on quality, safety, cost control, and client satisfaction on every project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design or related field.
• PMP or Project Management certification is an added advantage.
• 3–10 years of experience in commercial interior fit-out projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead complete execution of commercial interior fit-out projects from mobilization to handover.
• Prepare project schedules and ensure timely completion of activities.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, vendors, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Plan manpower, materials, machinery and resources for smooth project execution.
• Monitor progress and ensure work complies with drawings and specifications.
• Control costs and minimize material wastage.
• Conduct site meetings and provide progress updates to management and clients.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials in coordination with procurement team.
• Supervise site engineers, supervisors, contractors and subcontractors.
• Maintain quality standards and implement safety guidelines on site.
• Review contractor bills and project measurements.
• Resolve site issues and coordinate design changes with the design team.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly project reports.
• Facilitate smooth handover and final documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete execution of commercial interior fit-out projects from mobilization to handover.


• Prepare project schedules and ensure timely completion of all activities.


• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.

• Control project cost and minimize material wastage.


• Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress updates to management and clients.


• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials in coordination with the Procurement team.


• Supervise site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors.


• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout project execution.


• Implement and monitor all safety (EHS) guidelines at the project site.


• Review contractor bills, vendor invoices, and project measurements.


• Resolve site issues and coordinate design changes with the Design team.


• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.


• Ensure smooth project handover along with closure and final documentation.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of commercial interior fit-out execution.


• Excellent project planning and scheduling skills.


• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and teams.


• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.


• Good understanding of BOQ, estimation, quantity surveying, and project costing.


• Knowledge of MEP coordination and civil works.


• Excellent communication and client management skills.


• Proficiency in MS Project, MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.


• PMP or Project Management certification will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

• 3-10 years of experience in commercial interior fit-out projects.


• Experience handling office spaces, corporate offices, retail outlets, co-working spaces, hospitality, or institutional projects.


• Proven experience managing projects from 2 Crore to 25+ Crore.
