Job summary

MIPL is seeking an experienced Project Manager Interiors to lead interior fit-out projects from planning to handover. You will manage scope, budget, schedule, and quality while coordinating with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure flawless execution.

The role requires 6–10 years in interior projects, strong communication, and excellent organizational skills. Immediate joiner preferred; location will involve Pune/Chennai with on-site responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out/project execution.
• Strong knowledge of commercial interior projects and construction processes.
• Good understanding of drawings, BOQs, specifications, materials, and project schedules.
• Strong project planning, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, contractors, and site teams.
• Proficiency in MS Project / Excel and other project management tools.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and ability to understand technical drawings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage interior projects from initiation through completion and handover.
• Prepare schedules, execution plans, manpower, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely completion per schedules.
• Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with site teams for civil, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, ceilings, flooring, painting, signage, and interiors.
• Monitor costs, materials, procurement, and resource utilization.
• Ensure execution per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Identify risks, delays, and issues; take corrective action.
• Conduct regular site meetings and provide status updates.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors for timely material/work delivery.
• Ensure site safety compliance with standards.
• Coordinate inspections, snagging, rectification, and handover.
• Maintain project documentation and progress records.
• Ensure alignment between design, procurement, execution, and project teams.

Job Summary

The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project management, site coordination, client communication, vendor management, and team supervision.

Key Responsibilities
