Job summary

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures

(WBS).

• Prepare execution strategies and implementation plans.

2. Scope Management

• Ensure project requirements are clearly understood and documented.
• Control scope changes through proper review and approval processes.
• Prevent scope creep and maintain alignment with contractual commitments.

• Create and maintain project schedules and trackers.
• Monitor progress against planned milestones.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure timely completion of activities.

• Monitor day-to-day project activities and progress.
• Ensure tasks are completed as per specifications and timelines.
• Track dependencies and manage project changes effectively.

10. Documentation and Reporting

• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Maintain project documentation including schedules, action items, and

approvals.

• Generate Minutes of Meetings (MoM) and progress reports.
• Lead and motivate project teams.
• Assign responsibilities and monitor accountability.
• Facilitate collaboration and problem-solving.
