Job summary

Tesslogs IT Solutions in Bengaluru, Karnataka, seeks an experienced Project Manager with 10+ years to lead cross-functional IT projects.

You will own end-to-end planning, governance, budgeting, and delivery across Agile and Waterfall environments, including regulatory and compliance initiatives.

The role collaborates with senior sponsors, business and technology teams, and requires strong leadership and communication.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in project management across Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Experience in regulatory and compliance projects is highly desirable.
• Ability to lead end-to-end planning, governance, and delivery across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Develop and track project plans, milestones, dependencies, budgets, and resources.
• Establish and manage effective Project Governance and reporting mechanisms.
• Manage project scope, cost, schedule, quality, risks, issues, and change control.
• Lead stakeholder, vendor, and cross-functional team management.
• Prepare project dashboards, status reports, presentations, and management updates.
• Ensure project assurance, compliance, and governance requirements are met.
• Work closely with senior sponsors, Programme Managers, business teams, and technology teams.
• Drive delivery using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project planning, governance, budgeting, risk management, stakeholder management, vendor management, and project delivery across Agile and Waterfall environments. Experience in regulatory and compliance projects is highly desirable.

Exp: 10 years

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Develop and track project plans, milestones, dependencies, budgets, and resources.
• Establish and manage effective Project Governance and reporting mechanisms.
• Manage project scope, cost, schedule, quality, risks, issues, and change control.
• Lead stakeholder, vendor, and cross-functional team management.
