Qualifications

• 5-6 years of relevant experience in project/construction management.
• Industrial construction experience is highly preferred.
• Strong scheduling, coordination and document control skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction and project management activities from planning to execution.
• Prepare and review reports, charts and documentation for project tracking and decision-making.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors and project stakeholders.
• Draft and manage meeting minutes with timely follow-ups.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the execution process.
• Coordinate between design and engineering disciplines.
• Conduct clash checks involving PEB, civil works, piping, ducts and openings.
• Prepare preliminary schedules, bar charts and look-ahead plans.
• Assist in cost estimating, tendering and reviewing tender documentation.
• Monitor submission of project documents and expedite where needed.
• Report potential or actual project conflicts to management.
• Address on-site execution queries promptly.
