Job summary

V-Guard is seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead project execution from planning through completion in Hyderabad. The role requires 5–10 years of hands-on site experience in industrial, factory, warehouse, or commercial projects.

You will plan, monitor, and coordinate civil works, manage contractors and suppliers, and ensure compliance with drawings, IS standards, safety, and regulations. Strong technical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 5-10 years of relevant project/site execution experience.
• Strong knowledge of RCC, structural, masonry, finishing, waterproofing, and external works.
• Good knowledge of BOQ, estimation, billing, and cost control.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; MS Project knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong coordination, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project documentation, progress reports, inspection records, and handover documents.
• Identify project risks, delays, and cost impacts and take corrective actions.
