Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Civil engineering is required.
• 15–20 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Hands-on execution of building projects, mass housing and high-rise developments.
• Knowledge of planning, programming and allied engineering activities.
• Experience in mass high-rise residential, commercial and industrial projects.

• Hands on experience in execution of building projects and mass housing, high rise buildings.
• Experience in Construction elements, erection, structural working and also experience of finishing items.
• Ability to have effective interaction with clients.
• Knowledge of planning, Programming, and other allied engineering, construction activities.
• Should have relevant experience of execution of mass high-rise residential, commercial, industrial projects.
• Should have experience in planning, procurement, billing, conversant with CPM Pert Chart, Program etc.
