Job summary

Shreeji Interiors invites an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead industrial construction projects. The candidate should excel in RCC works, BBS, piling, foundations, structural concrete, and overall site execution.

You will supervise end-to-end site activities, review drawings and BOQs, coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time completion within budget.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 5-10 years of experience in Industrial Construction Projects.
• Strong hands-on experience in RCC, BBS, piling, foundation works, structural concrete, and site execution.
• Ability to handle multiple subcontractors and coordinate with clients and consultants.
• Good leadership, planning, and communication skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of industrial construction projects.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor all civil activities at site.
• Supervise RCC works, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, piling, and foundation works.
• Review and verify Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and ensure accurate execution.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor project schedules, manpower, materials, quality, and site productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory requirements.
• Review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications for execution.
• Track project progress, prepare MIS reports, and resolve execution challenges.
• Control project costs and ensure timely completion within budget.

The candidate will be responsible for delivering projects safely, within budget, and as per the project schedule.

• Strong hands-on experience in RCC, BBS, piling, foundation works, structural concrete, and site execution.
• Ability to handle multiple subcontractors and coordinate with clients and consultants.
• Good leadership, planning, and communication skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office.

Preferred

• Immediate Joiners will be given preference.
• Candidates with experience in Industrial Plants, Manufacturing Facilities, Warehouses, Data Centers, Logistics Parks, or Factory Construction are highly preferred.
