Job summary

TÜV SÜD is seeking an experienced PMC professional to lead multiple renewable energy projects across India, including Solar, Wind, BESS and PSP. The role requires strong leadership, client management and delivery of scope, schedule, cost, quality and contractual requirements.

The ideal candidate will have approximately 15 years in Renewable Energy, with Solar/Wind PMC/EPC experience, and willingness to travel extensively across India.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Around 15 years of experience in Renewable Energy.
• Strong experience in Solar and/or Wind projects, preferably in PMC/EPC environments.
• Willingness to travel extensively across project sites in India.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end PMC activities from planning, engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning to project closure.
• Manage clients, developers, EPC contractors, vendors and statutory authorities.
• Drive project progress, quality, HSE, risk management and contractual compliance.
• Lead and develop onsite/offsite PMC teams across multiple project locations.
• Monitor schedules, engineering deliverables, MIS, invoicing, payment realization and project profitability.
• Manage vendors, site administration and project operations.
• Support operational sales and new business development.
