Job summary

Sangreen Future Renewables, a subsidiary of Sanghvi Movers Ltd., seeks a Project Manager to lead end-to-end wind energy projects from our Pune Head Office. You will drive project plans, schedules, budgets, staffing, and resource allocation, ensuring milestones are met and safety standards are upheld.

The role requires at least 12 years of experience in renewable energy, strong leadership, and expertise in contract management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder coordination with clients,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (EE/EEE)
• Minimum 12 years of experience in renewable energy and wind power projects
• Experience in managing end-to-end wind energy projects and project governance

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end wind energy projects from design to operations.
• Develop and execute project plans, schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project costs, forecasts, and expenditures to ensure adherence to budgets.
• Lead project meetings with management, clients, consultants, contractors and subcontractors.
• Coordinate engineering support for development, permitting, and construction activities.
• Oversee construction contracts and ensure compliance with scopes and quality standards.
• Support development activities including risk management, financing coordination, power offtake, and RFP submissions.
• Collaborate with Legal teams for contract development and execution (MOUs, Term Sheets, turbine supply, warranties).
• Ensure seamless transitions from development to construction and from construction to operations.
• Supervise Construction Managers and Quality Control teams to meet reporting requirements.

Sangreen Future Renewables, a wholly owned subsidiary of Sanghvi Movers Ltd., is hiring aProject Managerfor Wind Energy Projects at our Pune Head Office. This role involves leading the end-to-end execution of wind energy projects.

Key Skills / Qualifications :

• Manage the complete lifecycle of wind energy projects, including design, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover to operations.
• Develop and execute project plans, schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and resource allocation strategies.
• Monitor project costs, forecasts, and expenditures while ensuring adherence to approved budgets.
• Lead project meetings with management, clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate engineering support for project development, permitting, and construction activities.
• Oversee construction contracts and ensure compliance with project scopes, specifications, and quality standards.
• Support project development activities including risk management, financing coordination, power offtake agreements, equity acquisitions, and RFP submissions.
• Collaborate with Legal teams for contract development, negotiation, and execution, including MOUs, Term Sheets, Turbine Supply Agreements, and Purchase/Warranty/Commissioning Agreements.
• Ensure seamless project transitions from development to construction and from construction to operations.
• Supervise Construction Managers and Quality Control teams to ensure compliance with contractual, lender, and internal reporting requirements.
