TUV SUD South Asia Pvt. Ltd. in Pune, India, seeks a senior PMC leader (Lead/DGM/Sr. Manager) for ESP RET TSSA to oversee solar, wind and BESS projects across the country, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, cost, and quality. Travel to multiple project sites is required.

: PMC - Lead / DGM / Sr. Manager – ESP RET TSSA

• Managing projects across the country for renewable energy sector (solar, wind, BESS, PSP etc) ensuring delivery within approved scope, schedule, cost and quality requirements.
• Involvement in getting new orders with a major focus on operational sales.
• Strong client liaisoning including coordination with clients, developers, EPC contractors, vendors and statutory authorities.
• Providing PMC support covering project planning, engineering coordination, procurement, construction, commissioning and project close-out.
• Monitoring projects as per the contract agreements.
• Developing, monitoring, and recruiting PMC teams (onsite + offsite).
• Monitoring project progress, schedules, quality, HSE and contractual compliance across multiple sites.
• Conducting regular site visits and project reviews, prepare MIS / progress reports, identify delays and risks, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Completely responsible for vendor management (vehicles, offices, guest houses, IT infrastructure, etc.).
• Reviewing and monitoring engineering deliverables, drawings, technical specifications, BOQs, method statements, inspection and test plans.
• Ensuring timely submission of project deliverables.
• Timely invoice submission and receipt of payments from clients.
• Managing project closure.
• Managing timesheets and expense records of site employees.
• Providing leadership and technical guidance to project teams and ensure consistent project management practices across all assigned sites.
• Effective coordination and timely updates to Head Office.
• Managing project operations within budget and ensuring profitable margins.

Your Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
• About 15 years of overall professional experience in the renewable energy sector, with substantial experience in Solar and/or Wind power projects.
• Proven experience in managing multiple Solar/ Wind project sites simultaneously, including coordination of geographically dispersed project teams.
• Experience in PMC for projects, preferably covering engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning stages.
• Willingness to travel extensively to project sites and work in a multi-site project environment.
