SHL in India is seeking a Project Management Coordinator (AMS) to manage diverse customer projects, coordinating with clients, candidates, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery. Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer delivery, project coordination, or customer-facing operations.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, planning, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience working in a global environment with KPI/SLA-driven delivery.
• Knowledge of project delivery frameworks and automation tools, including Excel/macros, and a proactive, customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, tracking milestones, dependencies, timelines, and deliverables across multiple customer projects.
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks and issues while ensuring delivery remains on schedule and within scope.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage project progress, resources, and customer communications.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to enhancing Managed Services delivery quality.
• Build expertise in SHL’s Managed Services solutions to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Identify automation opportunities and support the development and enhancement of reporting tools, Excel macros, and process automation solutions.
• Perform ad-hoc reporting and data analysis to improve operational efficiency.

What You Will Be Doing
