• Project Delivery Leadership – Manage end-to-end delivery of enterprise projects with clear scope and timelines.
• Hybrid Methodology Execution – Apply Agile, Waterfall, or blended approaches as needed.
• Schedule & Milestone Management – Develop plans, track progress, manage dependencies, ensure on-time delivery.
• Risk & Issue Governance – Identify risks, elevate, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Stakeholder Engagement – Facilitate clear communication across sponsors, leadership, SMEs, engineering, and business teams.

The ideal candidate brings strong delivery discipline, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to operate confidently in both Agile and Waterfall environments. This role is responsible for driving clarity, maintaining momentum, and ensuring all committed timelines and deliverables are met with precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Delivery Leadership – Manage end‑to‑end delivery of enterprise projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and outcomes are clearly defined and consistently achieved.


• Hybrid Methodology Execution – Select and apply Agile, Waterfall, or blended approaches based on project complexity and stakeholder needs.


• Schedule & Milestone Management – Develop detailed project plans, track progress, manage dependencies, and ensure on‑time delivery for high‑visibility initiatives.


• Risk & Issue Governance – Proactively identify risks, elevate appropriately, and implement mitigation strategies to protect timelines and quality.


• Stakeholder Engagement – Facilitate clear, structured communication across sponsors, leadership, SMEs, engineering, and business teams.


• Team Coordination – Drive alignment, remove blockers, and maintain focus across cross‑functional teams.


• Quality & Compliance Oversight – Ensure deliverables meet functional, technical, and regulatory standards.


• Continuous Improvement – Identify opportunities to streamline processes, strengthen governance, and enhance delivery predictability.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of project management experience leading large, complex initiatives


• Strong proficiency in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies


• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within scope


• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills


• Proven ability to anticipate issues and take initiative without waiting for direction


• Experience working in fast‑paced, matrixed environments


• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification preferred
