• Strong grounding in supply chain management, shop-floor control and subcontractor management
• Proven track record of on-time program delivery and milestone achievement
• Excellent stakeholder communication and customer-handling skills

Responsibilities

• Own planning, execution and delivery of multiple aerospace programs to milestones and performance objectives
• Build master production schedules (MPS) in ERP based on forecasts, plant capacity, inventory policy and lead times
• Drive shop-floor control and monitor jobs to ensure on-time completion; maintain uninterrupted material flow along the production line
• Manage outsourced/subcontract vendor activities and ensure delivery to customer without delay
• Coordinate NPD / NPI introductions across engineering, quality and production
• Identify program risks and implement mitigation strategies through execution
• Serve as primary customer interface for order management and program status; maintain stakeholder communication across functions
• Prepare and present daily status and program performance reports to management

THE ROLE

As Program / Project Manager, you will be the single point of accountability for assigned aerospace programs — planning, executing and delivering to schedule, cost and quality while keeping OEM customers and internal teams aligned. You will translate customer demand into robust production plans, drive shop-floor and supply-chain execution, and manage risk across the program lifecycle.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own the planning, execution and delivery of multiple aerospace programs, meeting key milestones and performance objectives.
• Build master production schedules (MPS) in ERP based on sales forecasts, plant capacity, inventory policy and lead times.Define program scope, objectives, deliverables and resource plans (manpower, equipment, raw material) to meet demand.
• Drive shop-floor control and monitor jobs to ensure on-time completion; maintain uninterrupted material flow along the productionline.
• Manage outsourced/subcontract vendor activities and ensure delivery to customer without delay.
• Coordinate New Product Development (NPD / NPI) introductions across engineering, quality and production.
• Identify program risks and implement mitigation strategies through execution.
• Serve as primary customer interface for order management and program status; maintain stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration with quality, warehouse and supply chain.
• Prepare and present daily status and program performance reports to management.

WHAT YOU BRING

BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production or Industrial Engineering.

• 6+ years' experience in program / project management or production planning & control (PPC) within aerospace or precision manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience in ANY ERP (PP / MM), including master production scheduling.
• Strong grounding in supply chain management, shop-floor control and subcontractor management.
• Proven track record of on-time program delivery and milestone management.

Excellent stakeholder communication and customer-handling Skills.

PREFERRED

• Exposure to AS9100 / aerospace quality systems and OEM customer requirements
• PMP, APICS CPIM or Six Sigma certification.
• Experience with NPD / NPI programs in a machining environment.
