Erecon Spaces in Pune, India, seeks an experienced Civil/Interior Project Manager to lead commercial interior fit-outs and civil projects from planning through handover. You will drive execution, budgeting, estimation, billing, and cost control while coordinating with architects, clients, vendors and site teams.

You will monitor timelines, quality, safety, and progress; manage manpower, procurement and subcontractors; review drawings and BOQs; and ensure on-time completion within budget,

Qualificações

• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 1015 years of experience in commercial interior fit-outs and civil projects.
• Strong leadership, project management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams independently.
