Job summary

Electro Pneumatics and Hydraulics India Pvt Ltd in Pune is seeking a senior leader to own the defence project lifecycle from planning to final delivery. You will manage multidisciplinary teams across mechanical, electrical, production, quality, and supply chain, ensuring timelines, cost targets, and quality standards are met in collaboration with defence agencies and customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of experience in Defence, Aerospace, Naval, Military Systems, or Strategic Projects.
• Strong exposure to Project Management and Manufacturing Operations.
• Experience handling large multidisciplinary teams comprising Mechanical, Electrical, Production, and Project personnel.
• Proven track record of delivering complex defence projects.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of defence manufacturing processes, quality systems, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead complete lifecycle of defence projects from planning to execution and final delivery.
