Job summary

Electro Pneumatics and Hydraulics India Pvt Ltd seeks a project engineer to lead defence projects from planning to commissioning. You will coordinate design, procurement, manufacturing, assembly, testing, and commissioning activities to meet milestones and ensure quality compliance.

The role requires reading engineering drawings, strong problem-solving, and effective communication with customers and internal teams. Willingness to travel for site activities and FAT/SAT is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements, technical specifications, and project scope for defence projects.
• Prepare project plans, schedules, progress reports, and engineering documentation.
• Coordinate project activities across design, procurement, manufacturing, assembly, testing, and commissioning teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Resolve technical and operational issues during assembly, integration, testing, and commissioning.
• Support FAT, SAT, installation, and commissioning activities.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders for smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and defence industry requirements.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, drawings, and technical records.
• Participate in site visits, customer meetings, and project review meetings as required.
