CRA in Dadri (UP) designs and manufactures custom-engineered systems for Energy and Defence sectors. The Project Manager will lead end-to-end execution of engineering projects, coordinating design, production, procurement, and QA to meet schedule, cost, and quality.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical required.
• 5-7 years of experience in Mechanical Projects.
• Experience managing multiple cross-functional engineering projects.
• Strong understanding of fabrication, assembly, and commissioning workflows.
• Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and reviews.

Role Overview

As a Project Manager, you’ll lead the end-to-end execution of complex engineering projects, ensuring seamless delivery from order handover to dispatch and commissioning. You will be responsible for planning, coordination, client communication, and overall project performance across schedule, cost, and quality.
