Job summary

Ethereal Machines is seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager with 8-10 years in Defence & Aerospace. The role focuses on driving projects from initiation to delivery, coordinating with BD and internal teams, and ensuring on-time delivery (OTD).

You will manage RFIs, submittals, and key accounts to grow business with existing customers. Candidates should understand manufacturing techniques, be familiar with relevant regulations like ITAR, AS 9100-D, ISO 14001, NADCAP, and data security

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in Defence & Aerospace industry in Project/Program Management.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing techniques & processes to guide customers / internal departments.
• Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards.
• Exposure to quality management systems like AS 9100-D, ISO 14001, NADCAP, Data security, ITAR regulations, etc.
