Job summary

Talentstack seeks a seasoned Project Planning & Strategy leader to drive luxury villa developments in Mumbai. You will develop and execute project plans, coordinate with design teams and consultants to ensure cost, quality, and timely execution.

You will lead diverse engineering teams, assign tasks, mentor staff, and manage stakeholders from clients to contractors, ensuring clear objectives and on-time delivery. Compliance with codes and continuous improvement through technology are key.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans for luxury villa developments, ensuring they meet the company's strategic objectives.
• Coordinate with the design, architect and other consultants like MEP, HVAC, and structural engineer to ensure optimum design from a cost, quality & execution perspective.
• Lead and motivate a diverse team of engineers, contractors, and consultants.
• Assign and monitor tasks, set clear project objectives, and ensure team members meet deadlines.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to project teams, ensuring professional development and efficient execution of tasks.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders including clients & contractors.
• Coordinate with consultants & vendors to ensure drawings & other related details are provided to vendors at site well in advance
• Ensure regular communication with all stakeholders to keep them informed on project progress, challenges, and timelines.
• Manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and negotiate contract terms where necessary.
• Evaluated, empanel & onboard vendors, consultants & contractors.
• Oversee the end-to-end project management cycle for luxury villa developments, from concept to final handover.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and environmental standards.
• Ensure that construction is completed on time, within scope, and meets the highest quality standards.
• Resolve any on-site issues or challenges promptly to avoid delays.
• Implement technology & software to make project execution more efficient & streamlined.
• Ensure regular site visits, identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure that all necessary permits, insurance, and legal documentation are in place for each project.
• Implement stringent quality control protocols to ensure that all villa developments meet luxury standards. Ensure approvals of compliance are done in a timely manner
• Regularly review and inspect work on-site to guarantee that construction processes align with the companys high-quality benchmarks.
