The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and coordination with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors. Based in Goa or willing to relocate, you will oversee end-to-end project delivery with strict quality standards.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering required.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in luxury hotels, premium residential projects, or luxury construction.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end construction processes, project execution, budgeting, and contractor management.
• Experience with high-end finishes, renovation works, and luxury projects.
• Ability to coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Candidate should be based in Goa or willing to relocate to Goa.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee renovation and construction activities from planning to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.
• Supervise contractors, vendors, and site teams.
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and compliance.
• Prepare regular project status reports for management.
