Job summary

Mace is seeking a senior project management professional for residential, commercial and data centre projects in Mumbai. You will lead project delivery, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and drive outcomes within programmes, budgets and KPIs.

Essentially, you will bring 15-25 years of PMC experience, strong site coordination, safety and quality practices, and the ability to manage clients, contractors and stakeholders across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification essential with 15-25 years experience.
• Hands-on Project Management Consultancy (PMC) experience.
• Experience in large-scale data centre, commercial and residential construction projects.
• Strong site coordination and execution capabilities.
• Knowledge of construction quality and safety practices.
• Ability to coordinate client, contractors, consultants and project stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of project schedules and site deliverables.

Responsibilities
