Job summary

Mace is seeking an experienced project professional to lead a complex, large-scale programme in Mumbai, delivering high-quality outcomes in a heavily regulated environment.

You will partner with clients, project teams and stakeholders to manage integrated programmes, ensure safety, sustainability and procurement requirements, and drive on-time delivery while contributing to carbon reduction goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage integrated project programmes, considering site, logistics and delivery constraints.
• Monitor progress, review productivity, and provide accurate reporting.

• Drive the integration of health, safety, sustainability and procurement requirements throughout programme delivery.
• Coordinate team activities, establish work plans and ensure timely delivery of project objectives.
• Work collaboratively to support Mace's net zero carbon ambitions through proactive carbon management.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Develop and manage integrated project programmes, taking full account of site, logistics and delivery constraints.
• Monitor progress, review productivity and provide accurate reporting to support successful project outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with clients, project teams and stakeholders through clear and effective communication.
• Drive the integration of health, safety, sustainability and procurement requirements throughout programme delivery.
• Coordinate team activities, establish work plans and ensure the timely delivery of project objectives and contractual obligations.
• Work collaboratively to support Mace's net zero carbon ambitions through the proactive management and reduction of carbon emissions in project delivery.
