Job summary

Mace is seeking a Project Management Consultant for our residential, commercial and data centre projects in Mumbai. You will coordinate annual business plan objectives, lead design management teams, and ensure governance across the project lifecycle while managing stakeholders and driving continuous improvement.

• Degree qualification is essential with 5-20 years experience.
• Hands-on Project Management Consultancy (PMC) experience.
• Experience in large-scale data center, commercial and residential construction projects.
• Strong site coordination and execution capabilities.
• Knowledge of construction quality and safety practices.
• Ability to coordinate client, contractors, consultants and project stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of project schedules and site deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of annual business plan objectives, ensuring outcomes are achieved within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Lead and support design management teams, ensuring project requirements, briefs and stakeholder expectations are met.
• Drive effective governance and management system compliance across the full project lifecycle.
• Analyse and present performance data, key metrics and management review insights to inform decision-making.
• Foster strong stakeholder relationships and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated project outcomes.
• Support business growth, knowledge sharing and net zero carbon objectives through continuous improvement and innovation.
