Job summary

Mace in Mumbai seeks a senior project leader to steer a complex MEP services programme on a high‑profile, highly regulated project. You will provide technical leadership, ensure compliance with project standards, and guide delivery across design, construction and commissioning.

You will build strong relationships with clients, consultants and trade partners, support reviews and value engineering, and champion safety, quality and net‑zero objectives within Mace’s values and governance framework.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification is essential with 5–10 years experience.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience delivering design, construction and commissioning on complex, regulated projects.

The Project

This is a complex, large scale, mission critical project working with an amazing client organisation and talented Mace team. You’ll Be Responsible For

• Provide technical leadership across MEP services, ensuring clear guidance and compliance with project standards.
• Advise on programme, HSW, quality, and commissioning requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and trade contractors to support coordinated delivery.
• Support contract reviews, budgets, value engineering, and commercial assessments.
• Lead reviews of design, delivery strategies, sequencing, logistics, and commissioning in line with Mace frameworks.
• Identify risks, drive continuous improvement, and champion net-zero carbon objectives.

You’ll Need To Have

• Degree qualification is essential with 5-10 years experience.
• Advanced technical expertise across design, construction, planning and commercial management.
• Full construction delivery life-cycle experience, in complex, highly regulated or mission critical projects is essential.
• Strong communicator with proven stakeholder and leadership capability.
• Professionally qualified in a relevant discipline or membership.
