Job summary

Mace in Mumbai is seeking a senior project leader to drive delivery on a complex, regulated MMC project. You will lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, guiding design, construction, planning and commercial activities to achieve programme milestones.

You will coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, manage interfaces, and maintain strong client and delivery team relationships while identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification is essential with 10–15 years experience.
• Advanced technical expertise across design, construction, planning and commercial management.
• Full construction delivery life‑cycle experience in complex, highly regulated projects is essential.
