Job summary

Mace is seeking a Project Manager for residential, commercial and data centre projects in Mumbai. You will coordinate and manage site delivery activities, ensuring alignment with programme objectives and project requirements, while leading planning and daily performance for optimum delivery.

The role requires a degree and 5–20 years PMC experience, with a focus on large-scale data centre, commercial and residential construction, quality, safety and stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification is essential; 5–20 years experience.
• Hands-on Project Management Consultancy (PMC) experience.
• Experience in large-scale data centre, commercial and residential construction projects.
• Strong site coordination and execution capabilities.
• Knowledge of construction quality and safety practices.
• Ability to coordinate client, contractors, consultants and project stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of project schedules and site deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop high-performing teams, driving continuous improvement and supporting net zero carbon delivery objectives.
