Job summary

Mace in Pune is delivering a high-rise commercial development that combines global expertise with local ambition. This project is designed to set new benchmarks in sustainability, resilience and the modern workplace experience, offering a platform to lead complex information governance and project controls.

You will manage project information, onboard staff and partners, oversee workflows like RFIs, and produce reports to support teams.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification is essential (10-12 years experience mentioned).
• Full construction delivery life-cycle experience in complex or regulated projects.
• Strong communicator with proven stakeholder and leadership capability.
• Professionally qualified in a relevant discipline or membership.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project information is managed in line with Mace procedures and system requirements.
• Lead onboarding of staff and external partners, administering user access and permissions to maintain system integrity.
• Manage system processes, including document quality checks, distribution groups, and work package matrices.
• Oversee key workflows such as RFIs, ensuring compliance with established procedures and smooth information flow.
• Produce and process system reports, supporting project teams with accurate, timely data.
• Collaborate across teams to drive efficiency, strengthen governance, and contribute to the net zero carbon transition through proactive carbon management.
