Job summary

Jubilant FoodWorks (JFL) is seeking a Project Manager to oversee civil and interior fit-out projects from mobilization to handover. You will monitor timelines, budgets, quality, and safety, coordinating with consultants, vendors, landlords, and mall management to ensure seamless delivery.

The role requires strong on-site supervision, proactive issue resolution, and meticulous documentation of progress and snag closure. You will manage multiple sites while maintaining high standards of efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of civil and interior fit-out projects from site mobilization to project handover.
• Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion within approved budgets and quality standards.
• Control project costs, material consumption, and site resources to achieve cost-effective execution.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, consultants, vendors, contractors, landlords, and mall management for seamless project delivery.
• Supervise on-site activities, ensuring adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and safety guidelines.
• Identify and resolve site-related issues proactively to avoid project delays.
• Track project schedules, prepare progress reports, and ensure milestone adherence.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure timely closure of snag lists before project handover.
• Verify contractor bills, monitor BOQs, and ensure compliance with project documentation.
• Handle multiple project sites simultaneously while maintaining quality, timelines, and operational efficiency.
