Job summary

Larsen & Toubro is seeking a senior engineering leader to drive multidisciplinary offshore wind projects from concept to commissioning. You will coordinate Civil, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation and Marine interfaces to ensure on-time, on-budget deliverables while adhering to international codes and company procedures.

The role emphasizes risk management, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement, with focus on planning, procurement support, and installation

Qualifications

• 12-20 years of experience in Offshore Wind, Offshore Oil & Gas, Marine, or EPC projects.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams on complex offshore projects.
• Strong understanding of offshore substations, foundations, cables, topsides, and marine installation activities.
• Experience in engineering project planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is desirable.

• Support procurement, construction, installation, and commissioning activities.
• Drive engineering excellence, resource planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with applicable international codes, standards, and company procedures.
