Job summary

L&T Energy is seeking a Project Engineer to plan, coordinate, and execute offshore oil & gas EPC/EPCI projects. You will manage engineering deliverables, interface with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams, monitor schedules, and support procurement, fabrication, installation, and commissioning activities.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of offshore facilities, project management, risk management, and strict adherence to HSE standards to ensure successful project

Qualifications

• Knowledge of offshore platforms, subsea systems, pipelines, or marine operations.
• Strong project coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering, procurement, fabrication, and offshore installation activities.
• Monitor project schedule, budget, and progress against milestones.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Review technical documents, drawings, and project deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and technical challenges.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Support offshore construction, hook-up, commissioning, and start-up activities.
• Prepare project reports, progress updates, and management presentations.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with international codes, standards, and offshore practices.
