Job summary

Authentic Staffing Agency is seeking a seasoned Structural Engineer to lead offshore wind foundation design and verification in Mumbai. You will apply European standards and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safe, reliable structures.

The role requires hands-on experience with fatigue analysis, dynamic modeling and CE/PED compliance, and will involve liaising with clients and certification bodies throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/M-Tech in Civil/Structural/Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 5–10 years of experience in offshore wind structures.
• Familiar with European directives, CE marking, PED and DNV/IEC standards.
• Ability to review fabrication drawings, specifications and construction methods.
• Fluent English and ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.

Job Title: Structural Engineer

Qualification: Bachelor/M-Tech in Civil/Structural/Mechanical Engineering

Experience:5-10 years

Primary scope of Work:

• Familiar with offshore wind structures (monopiles, jackets, transition pieces, towers, substations) in compliance with Eurocodes, PED, CE marking, and DNV/IEC standards.
• Review and validate fabrication drawings, specifications, and construction methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with European directives and certification requirements throughout
• design and fabrication.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, electrical, systems engineers) to ensure structural integrity and system integration.
• Support certification processes and liaise with notified bodies for CE marking and PED compliance.
• Provide technical support during fabrication, installation, and commissioning phases.
• Drive innovation in structural design to improve reliability, reduce costs, and enhance sustainability.
• Conversent with DNV-OS-C401 , DNV-ST-0145 and other relevant European stds.

• Ability to work in challenging offshore environments and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Offshore Wind / EPC experience

• Strong Knowledge of Codes & Standards (European, PED, CE)
• Experience in Structural engineering ,offshore foundation design, fatigue analysis, and dynamic structural modeling. is preferred.
• Coordinate effectively with engineering, construction, planning, QA/QC.
