Job summary

Phensa Private Limited in Kerala invites an experienced Project Manager to lead engineering projects across feasibility studies, FEED, and detailed design in Oil & Gas and Industrial sectors. You will drive scope, schedule, budget and execution.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage client interfaces, monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and industry standards, while guiding risk management and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech or MBA/ME/MTech in operations or related field, with preferred certifications.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Marine or Industrial projects.
• Proficient in project estimation, FEED and detailed engineering execution.
• Strong leadership, planning, budgeting, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, schedule, budget and execution strategy.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team.The role involves leading engineering projects across feasibility studies, FEED, and detailed design phases within the Oil & Gas and Industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, schedule, budget, and execution strategy
• Prepare and review engineering man-hour estimates, project cost estimates, and resource plans following project award
• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and coordinate project activities.
• Monitor project progress against schedule, budget, and estimation targets
• Ensure compliance with contractual, safety, and industry standards
• Oversee engineering design quality and conduct technical reviews
• Act as the primary interface with clients and stakeholders
• Manage project risks, technical queries, and design changes effectively
• Support procurement, construction, and project execution phases
• Drive continuous improvement and capture lessons learned

Requirements

• B.E/B.Tech/BBA(Operations)/MBA(Operations)/M.E/ M.Tech(Preferred)
