The role focuses on offer preparation, project coordination, costing, order execution, and close customer coordination to ensure timely delivery of pharmaceutical machinery projects. Responsibilities include preparing technical/commercial offers, coordinating with design and production teams, tracking progress, and supporting FAT activities.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Production engineering.
• Experience in pharmaceutical machine manufacturing is desirable.
• Strong understanding of project costing, URS, and order execution.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical and commercial offers with/without URS.
• Coordinate with draughtsman for offer layouts and drawings.
• Prepare and finalize project costing.
• Prepare Work Orders (WO) and verify Order Acknowledgements (OA).
• Coordinate with Design, Production, Purchase, Quality and other departments for smooth project execution.
• Track project progress and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with customers for technical requirements and clarifications.
• Support FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) with customers.
• Coordinate IOM documentation and dispatch formalities.
• Ensure smooth execution from order receipt to dispatch.
• Follow up with factory departments for status and execution of orders.
• Oversee FAT with customer, IOM issues and dispatch formalities.
