Education & Experience

• Experience in furnace manufacturing, heavy fabrication, or industrial projects will be an added advantage.
• Freshers may also apply. (Fresher: 20,000 – 25,000 per month)

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and execute industrial and mechanical projects including furnace installation, piping, ducting, and equipment erection.
• Coordinate with Design, Production, Quality, Procurement, and Site teams for smooth project execution.
• Read and understand technical drawings, P&IDs, fabrication layouts, BOQs, and BOMs.
• Prepare project schedules and monitor project progress.
• Ensure compliance with engineering, quality, and safety standards.
• Conduct technical evaluation of materials, vendors, and equipment.
• Handle site coordination, manpower planning, material tracking, and project reporting.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during fabrication, erection, and commissioning.
• Maintain project documentation, progress reports, and client communication records.
• Support management during project review and planning meetings.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, fabrication, and manufacturing processes.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, MS Office, and related engineering software.
• Good project planning, scheduling, and cost control skills.
