Job summary

PeopleStrong in Vadodara invites an experienced Project Controller to manage spend analysis and project planning for complex EPC projects. You will coordinate with stakeholders to develop and maintain engineering schedules, monitor progress, and raise alerts when deviations occur.

You should be proficient in Primavera P6, MS Projects, and Power BI, with strong MS Office skills and experience in earned value management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent is required.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling and project controls.
• Experience with EPC/engineering projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle full cycle of planning, monitoring and control for projects.
• Develop EPC/Engineering schedules with stakeholders.
• Manage schedules with proactive alerts and deviations.
• Generate S-curves for engineering, procurement and civil/mechanical work.
• Prepare catch-up plans and baseline revisions as needed.
• Demonstrate knowledge of construction and erection sequencing.
• Use MS Word/Excel to document and report project data.
• Communicate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams and customers.
• Apply earned value management practices on projects.

• Good Knowledge in Primavera P6 and MS Projects
• Handled at least one full cycle of Power Project planning, monitoring and control.
• Capable to develop EPC and Engineering Schedule in Coordination with all stakeholders.
• Managing the schedule by proper Monitoring and Control by raising alerts
• Able to generate various S-Curves (Engineering, Procurement, various Civil and Mechanical work etc.).
• Able to generate Catch up plan and can do Baseline revision.
• Knowledge of Construction and Erection sequencing
• Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, etc
• Knowledge in Power BI
• Able to communicate with multi-disciplinary team
• Should have EVM knowledge
• Able to communicate effectively for project issue with customer
