Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a project control professional skilled in Primavera P6, MS Projects and Power BI to manage planning and MIS reporting for complex projects. You will coordinate EPC schedules, monitor progress, generate S-Curves and prepare baselines with stakeholders across disciplines.

The role requires strong communication with customers and multi-disciplinary teams, plus experience in EVM and schedule control to ensure projects stay on track within budget and time constraints.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Projects.
• Experience in full cycle Power Project planning, monitoring and control.
• Ability to develop EPC and Engineering schedules with stakeholders.
• Capable of monitoring schedules and raising alerts.
• Proficient in generating S-Curves (Engineering, Procurement, civil and mechanical).
• Ability to create catch-up plans and perform baseline revisions.
• Knowledge of construction and erection sequencing.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, etc.
• Knowledge of Power BI.
• Able to communicate with a multi-disciplinary team.
• Should have EVM knowledge.
• Communicate effectively on project issues with customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Projects.
• Monitor progress and generate alerts to keep projects on track.
• Coordinate EPC/engineering schedules with all stakeholders.
• Create and analyse S-Curves for engineering and procurement activities.
• Prepare catch-up plans and revise baselines as needed.
• Manage sequencing for construction and erection activities.
• Utilise MS Word/Excel for reporting and documentation.
• Leverage Power BI for MIS and analytics reporting.
• Liaise with cross‑functional teams to resolve project issues.

• Able to generate various S-Curves (Engineering, Procurement, various Civil and Mechanical work etc.).
• Able to generate Catch up plan and can do Baseline revision.
