Job summary

PeopleStrong seeks a Civil Engineering professional to manage project schedules and cost control at site. You will develop baselines, look-ahead plans, and monitor progress using Primavera and MS Project. The role requires coordinating with clients, managing budgets, and ensuring timely completion of EPCC activities.

The ideal candidate has a BTech in Civil Engineering with hands-on scheduling, cost analysis, and reporting experience across complex projects at site level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering is required.
• Experience with Primavera for scheduling and planning is essential.
• Ability to develop monthly look-ahead plans and monitor progress.
• Strong cost control, budgeting, and contract management capabilities.
• Experience in Earned Value Analysis and reporting to clients is preferred.

• Develop and maintain baseline and look-ahead schedules (EPCC) using Primavera/MS Project.
• Monitor progress weekly/monthly and communicate with clients with remarks.
• Prepare control budgets, WBS, and forecast costs to complete.

Job Description

• Must be conversant with Project Management software like Primavera
• ? Should be based at the project site with similar business/project
• expertise at site level.
• ? Develop monthly look-ahead plan for project (quantity progress, billing, cost and cash flow).
• ? Expertise in schedule development, monitoring and controlling using primavera , MS Project, MS Office and CPMS
• ? Establishing the baseline schedule of all the contractors
• ? Based on the project scope of work, develops look-ahead reports. monthly updating and maintaining EPCC schedule and preparing for delay analysis.
• ? Monitoring, tracking and reporting progress weekly /monthly to client with remarks. Monitor the progress periodically and ensure that delays don't happen in operations.
