CareerXperts Technologies Private Limited is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead large-scale residential/high-rise construction projects from inception to completion. You will oversee planning, design, construction, and handover while managing stakeholders, budgets, and safety.

The ideal candidate has 18+ years in project leadership, with a proven ability to drive multi-disciplinary teams, mitigate risks, and ensure quality and regulatory compliance across complex programs.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of overall experience in residential/high-rise construction projects.
• Strong end-to-end project management and execution capabilities.
• Experience handling clients, consultants, contractors and large project teams.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and coordinating across functions.
• Proven ability to manage timelines, budgets, quality, safety and project controls.

We are looking for an experienced Project Director to lead and manage large-scale residential/high-rise construction projects from inception to completion.

• Lead end-to-end project execution from planning, design, construction to completion and handover.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, quality, safety, and overall project delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, PMC teams, and other stakeholders.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, delays, and technical challenges.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, statutory, and project requirements.
• Drive coordination across Civil, Structural, MEP, Planning, Contracts, and other functions.
• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Civil Engineering
• Experience: 18+ years of overall experience
• Strong end-to-end project management and execution experience in large-scale residential/high-rise projects.
• Experience handling clients, consultants, contractors, and large project teams.
• Strong exposure to project planning, execution, quality, safety, cost, and project controls.
• Experience managing projects from concept/design stage through completion and handover.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and decision-making skills.
