Job summary

CareerXperts Consulting seeks a seasoned Project Director to lead a premium High-Rise Residential Development in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will bring extensive PMC expertise, 45+ floor project experience, and strong leadership to drive the project from inception through handover.

Responsibilities include steering planning, scheduling, cost control, design coordination, and stakeholder management to deliver this iconic development on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil engineering required.
• 20–25 years in Construction Project Management.
• Strong PMC (Project Management Consultancy) experience mandatory.
• 45+ floor residential building experience mandatory.
• End-to-end experience on a single 45+ floor residential project from inception to handover.
• Proven leadership on complex high-rise developments.
• Experience in project planning and scheduling.
• Experience in pre-construction management, QA/QC and safety management.
• Budget and cost control, contract administration.
• Design coordination and BIM exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead premium high-rise residential development in Mumbai from front end to handover.
• Oversee PMC consultants and main contractors to ensure milestones are met.
• Ensure budget, schedule, and quality standards are achieved.
• Coordinate design interfaces and BIM requirements where applicable.
• Provide strategic leadership to stakeholders and project team.
